Ryan is a small community in Jefferson County. Ryan is located 10 miles north of the Oklahoma/Texas Boarder at the intersection of State Highway 21 and State Highway 81.  Ryan has a population of around 800 people.  Despite the low population Ryan is home to many thriving businesses along with numerous farmers and ranchers.
